Thirty-one years of managment experience with the U.S. Postal Service. This included nine years as a Director of Finance; six years as a Manager of Budget and Cost Analysis; ten years as a Postmaster; and five years in Process Management.
Currently an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Crafton Hills College, Yucaipa, CA.
Since 2003, and currently, an adjunct faculty member at the University of Redlands, Redlands, CA.
Previously, an adjunct faculty member at Cal. State University, San Bernardino.
